Food was excellent in taste, portion was good too. Server was polite, made us understand beforehand what we were ordering in case it was our first time. It's on the pricier side but the taste makes up for it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Noodle Bowl, Chicken Gyoza

Today, my friend and I visited Mamagoto and ordered an Iced Tea, which was priced at 179 rs. Our total bill, including a water bottle, amounted to 344 rs. As students, we requested the removal of the service charge. Upon paying 500 rupees at the counter, we expected 156 rs in return, but only received 150 rupees. When we politely asked for the remaining 6 rupees, the staff gave us rude expressions, as we hadn't left a tip. They eventually returned 10 rs instead of 6 rs, seemingly to highlight our financial circumstances. We are really dissapointed with the staff's behaviour. While we understand the importance of tipping, but as students, it's difficult and every rupee matters to us. The staff should exhibit more understanding and professionalism.
