Tried the old Mirchi Briyani for lunch... It was crowded with the limited seats available here.. we were waiting for 20 minutes to get a. Table... But the service was quick Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Tandoori Chicken Half, Hyderabadi Biryani, Andhra Chilli Chicken

The Old Mirchi Biryani was unfortunately marred by incredibly slow and inattentive service. While the food itself was decent, the overall dining experience was frustrating. We waited an excessive amount of time just to be seated, even though the restaurant didn't appear to be at full capacity. Once at our table, it took nearly just a minute for a server to approach us, and even longer to take our order. Throughout the meal, we found ourselves constantly trying to flag down staff for basic requests like drink refills or additional napkins. Our main courses arrived after a very long wait and there was no check-in from the server to see if everything was satisfactory. The lack of attentiveness significantly detracted from our meal. It felt as though the staff were overwhelmed or simply disengaged. While I appreciate that busy nights can happen, this level of service was consistently poor. I hope the Restaurant addresses these issues to improve the customer experience. I'm hesitant to return given the significant service delays we encountered. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I saw video of a chef/owner I guess from Instagram and went to the restaurant. Regret going there. Waited 20mins, ended up getting atleast parcel and we had worst kadai paneer with hardened kulcha ever I had. Wasted Rs. 450+ on a Friday eve. If you don't know to cook veg or tandoori breads, just remove from your menu. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: Won't recommended.
