This review is for the Sahid Nagar branch, since I couldn't find them on Zomato so am giving my review here. Am a fan of Mio Amore since a long time, tasted mostly all the items from there. Few days ago I told my friend to bring me the Red Velvet pastries. He told the place was very crowded when he reached and had to give the order from quite a distance. To my surprise when I opened the package out of the 4 pastries one pastry was very short in height and then I saw the last 2 layers of sponges were half missing, as if half eaten. Not only that instead of the cardboard tray they put a plastic mio amore carry bag folded inside the box and above it the pastries were placed. It was not only unhygienic but also disgusting. How can such a famous brand like Mio Amore put a plastic bag under a food item and that also 1 pastry was half damaged. I was so so upset that thought of throwing them away, but tasted a bit. They not only looked awesome but also tasted the same. I hope Mio Amore authority will look into this matter seriously orelse I have to stop purchasing from them.
