Visiting The Sugarr & Spice with a wonderful view of Jute Museum will be a beautiful experience for clients. Make a change from your customary meal and try nicely cooked chocolate cakes at this place. But this spot is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

On June 19, 2020, at 11:00 AM, I purchased a birthday cake (total cost of Rs. 440, including cake and candles) from the Sugar N Spice outlet located at N. S. C Bose Road, Ashoke Nagar, Tollygunge. We cut the cake at 8:00 PM on the same day, but we found that it had gone bad and had become sour. This created a very bad impression of Sugar N Spice and also spoiled our celebration. It was my birthday on June 19, and I was unable to cut the cake. This has happened repeatedly at this particular outlet. I would like to request you to please take the necessary action to address this issue. I would appreciate a full refund for the cake, as well as an explanation of how this could have happened. I would also like to request that you take steps to ensure that this does not happen again at this outlet.
