Food is good , except one of the chutney,it is not coconut chutney,it is more a lentil chutney, disappointed.Service staff need training and personality grooming, Atmosphere crowded tables are available......tables are not cleaned immediately after use.......Minerva has a record of consistency in maintaining standards..... appreciate if you could continue the tradition. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Usually Minerva comes first to my mind in case of vegetarian food. Good outlets in other locations. However this place was a disappointment...Very noisy environment, and dispassionate service staff. The one who cleans the table gets the tea...skeptical about the hygiene. Surprised to see bottled water... sustainability goals for a toss. Minerva Coffee Shop at Paryatak Bhavan, Begumpet, Hyderabad is an excellent Vegetarian restaurant. Delicious Food and awesome Service. All the staff are very customer friendly. Any issues are resolved with utmost attention and care. I had a great experience with Mr. Venkat Reddy, Senior Manager and Mr. Rajashekar, Manager, in resolving a recent issue and have seen their dedication in resolving it. My Kudos to both in their customer focus, dedication, attentiveness and responsiveness. I am really thrilled dealing with both. Thanks to both for their service. I wish them all the very best.
