We would like to clarify that our hotel falls under the e-invoicing system, and our billing software is directly integrated with the GST portal to generate e-invoices. As per government regulations, once an invoice is submitted to the portal, modifications—including the addition of a GST number—are not permitted. At the time of booking, your company did not request the inclusion of a GST number on the invoice. Additionally, as acknowledged in your message, you did not verify or inform us about this requirement during checkout. Unfortunately, after the date change, no organization under the e-invoicing system can modify or add GST details to an invoice. We regularly serve esteemed organizations and individual guests who provide their GST details at the time of booking or before invoice generation, and we ensure that their invoices include the necessary GST information accordingly.
