the lady at the counter was very hostile and rude. she swore at me in her native language and jus glared at me when i asked what she had said. all this because i was asking her to jus get my order to be packed faster and why she hasnt asked me if i need pizza heated before doing so inspite of knowin its takeaway. she even told me she wont sell me half a full cake, i had to explain to her that she can sell me the equivalent no of slices which is what a seller does usually. i dont know how well this place is doin but even for a place that's drowning in money, certain decencies cant be exempt.

This place has so much attitude for an average product that they serve. What kind of ice cream place doesn’t offer tasting? Anyways this took it to the next level this time- Came with my kids. Really hostile staff. Either they are over worked or unhappy about something. Ordered an ice-cream that was named marshmallow and had marshmallow all over it, only because my kids wanted, saw that they were not putting the actual marshmallows so requested the lady to put the marshmallows, she puts 3 pieces in one, 2 in another and did not want to put the marshmallow in the other two and was just packing my order without listening, went to the cashier a thin lanky guy with a beard, who actually managed to make things worse because his take on customer service is, marshmallow is just the name of the ice cream and he doesn’t have to give me marshmallows. Finally had to make a scene where people gathered to get what I paid for. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
