Worst customer service ever received by this outlet placed an order of a cake within the outlet the cake was a mixture of 4 different pieces combined together the staff members neglect to inform that it is a four different pieces of pastries manager herself said “ek baar cake yaha se sell ho gay toh hamari responsibility Khatam ho Jati hai” Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A cake was placed on the counter which was of four separate pieces placed together ,the counter was busy chit chatting among themselves they did not even inform the receiver that the cake is a mixture of four different pieces, cake was totally spoiled while taking home ,we approached the concern store a while later n informed the thing happened as they replied “ye harami galti nahi hai vo ,ek baar cake pack krke dene ke baad hamari responsibility khatam ho jati hai” these lines were said by the manager present there Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
