I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during the rainy season—yet the experience felt seamless and even delightful. As soon as the rain stopped, the gardens and public areas were meticulously cleaned and restored. Seeing that kind of care immediately after rainfall was highly impressive and spoke volumes about their attention to detail in maintaining a pristine atmosphere. The food deserves a special mention. Everything we tasted was exquisitely prepared—flavors that felt genuine and well‑balanced. Staff service was outstanding: friendly, responsive, and consistently going the extra mile. Service: 5

Not worth the price at all. The hotel is just basic and the pictures are deceiving. The staff are not friendly and welcoming. I could have paid a little more for a 5 star hotel and made my trip worthwhile. The breakfast was the worst, the dining staff were confused and couldn't handle the place. The food has no variety, the bakery items were stale. Bathrooms will ruin your mood. Don't go by what you see in the pictures. It's basic and nothing fancy. Service: 2

We recently stayed at Meritas Adore Resort and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were quite good—spacious and well-maintained. I’d rate them a 4/5. The ambiance of the hotel was a major plus—peaceful surroundings, lush greenery, and a clean, inviting pool area added to the charm (4/5 for ambiance). The service was decent but could definitely be improved. At times, the staff took longer than expected to respond to requests, so I’d give service a 3.5/5. As for the food, it was average—not bad, but nothing exceptional either (3/5 for food). Overall, it’s a nice place for a quiet getaway if you’re looking to relax by the pool and enjoy a calm atmosphere. Service: 3
