This restaurant is a great choice if you are in the mood for the Japanese cuisine. Nothing can be better than eating nicely cooked spicy prawns, katsu and japanese ramen. The truth is that you will really like good fruitcake. It's time to degustate delicious beer. Great matcha, ice tea or coffee are waiting for you at Mensho Tokyo.

They do 1/2 Ramen on request if you like to try multiple options with people you visit. Atrociously horrible service staff. I want to make it very clear and evident and write an honest detailed review. I ordered veg gyoza and two bowls of ramen for me and my girlfriend - this is what I told them, both the bowls with thin noodles "specifically". This is what they told me - Gyoza will take time is it fine if we serve you ramen first and we were fine with it. Now this is what happened.They took 30 mins and served gyoza first which firstly we were fine getting after our ramen, secondly it was so horrible, you can trust me when I say this, your local momo vendor is 10x better.Now they served at least 4 platters for a group that came after us, alright no problem there so far, who knows how the food preparation works. After 40-45 minutes we were served our ramen bowls out of which one had thin noodles and other had thick noodles. When I specifically asked for thin noodles in both the bowls, I emphasized it so that they don't get it wrong.We asked them to replace the bowl with thick noodles and then came the most wicked tantrum from the waitress (just in case management from Mensho Tokyo is reading this review, hoping to improve their absolutely horrid and straight-up unsatisfying service). She told me that I was wrong and I had place the wrong order, and she argued with me about it like she is the all knowing, omnipotent, big-brain remember-it-all all waitress with an attitude, and she has an attitude for sure, ruining the reputation of this place.The icing on the cake was them bringing us a dessert to make up for it (no puns intended) which we didn't eat, left the ramen bowls unfinished and moved on with our day. I don't recommend this place and I definitely hope they fix the service, if not for the customer's sake then for their own business.
