???? I’m constantly on the lookout for a good Closed ‘Bao’ which is rather rare in India at the moment. I’m so disappointed by the concept of an Open Bao, like how?? It’s supposed to be closed dammit, that’s the art! Almost feel like Open Bao’s are an insult to Mexican Heritage ????
With that, the Pork Bao at Tanoshii Trail was FAB! My partner was petrified at the thought of uncooked pork but it was beautifully done: The Bao was soft, yet firm and the pork was cooked REALLY well, we ordered another round (4.5/5 EASY)
