Extremely disappointed with the delivery service. Melt n Dip is consistently late. If you're thinking about ordering through Zomato, don’t. Save your money and your time. It’s not worth the 1.5-hour wait for cold desserts. Better to go in person or find a place that actually respects delivery times.

The customer service is terrible, and they couldn’t care less about you. You just order and wait for ages to receive your food, and if you complain about the quality, they don’t seem to mind. It’s a really terrible experience.
