I recently visited this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. The meal itself was satisfactory, and the ambiance initially seemed pleasant. After dining, we noticed a nicely decorated wall that seemed like a good spot to take a quick photo to remember the day. We asked a waiter if it would be alright to sit there briefly for a photo, and he assured us it was perfectly okay. However, within less than a minute, another staff member approached us and stated that sitting in that area was not allowed. This was confusing, especially since the restaurant was not busy at the time (only 2-3 other customers were present), and we were not causing any disturbance. The lack of clear communication and the abrupt approach left us disappointed. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed the rest of the visit, and we do not plan to return. Very Bad experience. I Used to be a regular The staff were really unprofessional. I went there with great expectations. The cafe had been closed for a while and this is when i noticed the new staff. The old staff was a great person there were many occasions where he used to handle the cafe alone. Now I see 3 people at the counter but still they can’t manage three tables right now. Im assuming the ownership changed after this gap. Whatever it is, the new team of staff isn’t managing the cafe properly Not returning back anymore Price per person: ₹400–600

Absolutely pathetic experience at Coffee Tribe. Visited today with my family and placed a simple order: 2 iced coffees with ice cream, a hot chocolate, a mojito, and a portion of fries. What followed was a complete mess. They took the order and disappeared. After 15 minutes, only the iced coffees arrived. Another 5 minutes later, the fries. Then came the mojito after yet another 5-minute wait. We waited patiently for the hot chocolate, and after 10 more minutes, we had to ask again—only to be told it’s not available. Why wasn’t this communicated earlier? The staff and manager were shockingly indifferent—zero customer focus, no sense of urgency, and completely unprofessional. At first, we thought we were just unlucky, but soon noticed other customers also facing issues. - One customer was overbilled for food they never ordered. Only after complaining did they get a refund. - Another had ordered a special sandwich and was served a plain one—understandably upset. All this chaos happened within the 45–50 minutes we were there. Not once did anyone from the staff seem apologetic or even concerned. We will never visit again and strongly advise others to avoid this place.There are plenty of better cafés out there that actually value their customers.
