Had an unpleasant experience. I placed my order at the self-order kiosk but didn’t receive a token. I informed a staff member, who asked me to wait, but no one followed up. I stood at the counter for nearly 30 minutes, and no staff approached or checked on my order. Eventually, I found out my order was ready and had been sitting there the whole time. Poor coordination and lack of basic customer service. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfair Treatment at McDonald's Kalyan West (Adharwadi Branch) To: The Manager, McDonald's Kalyan West, Near Adharwadi, Kalyan, Maharashtra Date: June 23, 2025 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report an incident at your Kalyan West branch on June 22nd at 8.30pm. My family and I visited the restaurant and were asked to leave a table we rightfully occupied after another customer aggressively claimed it was his. The manager provided him with free French fries and requested us to vacate the table. This treatment was unfair and left us feeling humiliated. We expect McDonald’s to provide a family-friendly environment, but your team failed to uphold this standard.
