very disappointed ... buns were stale. chicken was not crispy (as we ordered crispy chicken burger)... surely not going to order in future from KFC.

The tables were not cleaned at all I had to remove leftovers from the table just to sit.. I waited for 15 mins and as per their policy it said 7 mins or else will get a chicken piece free.. I asked for the free piece the female said that she had informed that they will take some time.. I was standing right at the counter n asked about my order 2-3 times not once did she mention that it was gng to be late.. when I asked her she said it's my fault ! And that too in a rude way!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

WORST OUTLET EVER I opted for a takeway and tbh the experience was pathetic. I ordered peri peri chicken bucket and chicken popcorn while they packed my order as it is, with no peri peri seasoning at all. I mean you spending 900 bucks for bland food, just not worth it. The employees are least bothered and mentally absent while they work. Only if you wish to waste your money and ruin you mood then this place is for you. Service: Take out Price per person: ₹800–1,000
