Crowded. Chaotic. Unorganised in relation to m outlets in other Malls. Suggestions for the management - 1. Organise the way customers queue up for order. 2. Have staff that can understand and speak all languages (English, Hindi, Marathi) 3. Ensure that customers ordering Sit-IN orders have a table to sit. 4. Direct customers to waste bins. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
