Visited this CCD branch yesterday, I feel very nice sitting there. It was cleaned and properly maintained. Initially they struggled accepting my company gift card but they made it possible later. Good and cooperative staff. I don't know others names but I find Arti very helpful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

I visited the Café Coffee Day Camp branch on 19th June 2025, and it was a complete disappointment. I ordered a croissant and cheese chilli toast – both were absolutely pathetic. • The croissant was stale and tasted awful. • The cheese chilli toast was just half-baked bread with some cheap, unappetizing toppings – not even close to what you’d expect from a reputed brand. When I raised my concern, the staff was uncooperative and refused to issue a refund. No accountability, no customer service. Honestly, this was one of the worst café experiences I’ve had. I won’t be visiting CCD again, especially not this branch. If you care about quality and service, skip this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
