To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an experience I had at the McDonald's outlet in Kharadi, located at Ganga Platino, on the evening of Sunday, June 8th, 2025. Upon arriving, I observed a promotional offer advertised for Rs69/-. Based on this offer, I proceeded to order three meals. However, at the time of payment, I was informed by a staff member that the advertised offer was no longer valid, and a higher price would be charged. This discrepancy was perplexing, as the offer remained visibly displayed both at the entrance and on the menu board. Despite my inquiry regarding the continued presence of the advertisement, the staff member offered no explanation. This situation is unacceptable, as it constitutes a misleading representation of pricing and a failure to honor advertised promotions. I request that this matter be addressed to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s. The staff was unhelpful, rude, and arrogant. Delivery boys were entering the kitchen freely and filling up fries with their bare hands. The manager was completely incompetent. I had to wait 50 minutes for my order at 11:30 PM, even though there were no other customers. I’m seriously considering filing a formal complaint based on this overall unacceptable experience. 13/05/2025 night 11:30 - 12:00 pm experience Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
