Atmosphere is good. I went in weekend so there is waiting of 10 min for giving the ऑर्डर but I received my order within a 5 min. overall good experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Alu Tikki Burger French Fries with Chatpata Spice Mix and Fanta Float and Coke Float

Beware, don't use their order machine to place order. Go to counter and order. I had used their machine, money got deducted, but order not placed. They asked me to pay again as machine got hung for sometime and no order is placed. Since that day, I am running behind them as well as behind McD customer care for refund. More than 1.5 months still they are saying, we are looking into this. Already email communication is going with you, [email protected]. Please resolve the issue ASAP. Had a disappointing experience today. The Coke had no fizz, no ice at all, felt like flat soda . Also, the tray was bent, which caused my coffee to spill Staff was rude when I raised the issue, Expected better quality and service from McDonald’s. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
