MISSING SLICE, DISTURBING EXPERIENCE I ordered the pesto mushroom flatbread and was given the tikka paneer. I didnt really realize it at first because there was a bunch of things we ordered. After having a slice I realized it was an error. I mentioned it to them and asked for it to be replaced. They were upset with this but gave me a new pie WITH ONE MISSING SLICE as we had eaten one from the previous order. This seems so unsanitary and awful customer service - why are you touching my food and taking out a slice? And why do that to your customers? Its not like you could sell that single slice to someone else? Despite paying for everything the customer service is terrible. Asking for an extra paper napkin or spoon or even take away box they ask for money. Food is great but the experience kills your appetite.
