I recently visited Starbucks, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I had high expectations because of the brand’s reputation, but the service and overall quality did not meet the standards I expected. First of all, the waiting time was extremely long. Even though the café was not very crowded,When I finally received my coffee, it was lukewarm and did not taste fresh. The flavor was weak, and it felt like the quality control was missing. The seating area was also not properly maintained. Several tables were unclean, The atmosphere, which is usually calm and relaxing at Starbucks outlets, felt noisy and uncomfortable during my visit. It was difficult to enjoy the experience. Considering the premium prices charged, I expected much better service and product quality. Unfortunately, this visit did not justify the cost at all. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve cleanliness, and overall customer experience. Overall, it was not a satisfying visit, and I would think twice before returning to this outlet.
