I had a terrible experience at McDonald's Punjabi Bagh. Firstly, there was no table service, so everyone had to stand at the counter to collect their orders, which was incredibly inconvenient. To make matters worse, I specifically asked for drinks with no ice, yet they served them with full ice. When I complained about this, the staff just smiled and started joking among themselves instead of taking my concern seriously. Even the manager seemed clueless and didn’t know how to handle the situation. This is not the level of service I expect from a brand like McDonald's. Very disappointing experience!
