I tried the place since I heard a lot about it but honestly it was a let down for me. A burger worth almost 900 rupee but didnt even taste like a one which should cost 200. I tried Jimis burger in mumbai and few days later tried this one and the gap was super clear. Food: 3 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

On Wednesday, 4 March, I ordered veg food from Louis Burger through Swiggy. What I received instead was non-veg food. For a strict vegetarian, this is not a minor mistake it is a complete violation of trust. When a customer clearly orders vegetarian food, how does a restaurant and a delivery platform manage to send the exact opposite? This shows a shocking level of carelessness and lack of basic quality checks. Mixing up veg and non veg orders is not just bad service, it shows zero respect for customers’ dietary choices and beliefs. Brands like Louis Burger market themselves as premium, and Swiggy claims reliability but incidents like this expose how poor the actual systems are. Completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. Customers deserve better than this level of negligence. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered via swiggy, I’m a pure vegetarian and i received a non vegetarian burger. Given the number of farmhouse burger I’ve ordered from this chain, that thing was chewy, and had little texture which is never there in vegetarian burger Food: 1
