Food is awesome as always anyone can expect from Mcdonalds, only issue is booking desk is small, so waiting period is quite long during peek hours, though staff is helpful and polite ! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Worst experience to order from this place The manager ( lavanya singh ) arrogant almost out of her mind and her colleagues too , taking too much time to take order Just small order for she take too much time and arguing us , first and last order from this place

I visit this store frequently and have seen many changes over time. The ordering process is now largely self-service through kiosks, allowing customers to place orders and even book tables independently. The staff are generally polite, and if any issue arises, reaching out to the shift manager usually helps. In my experience, they are accommodating. Once, I requested a menu item replacement within the same category, and the manager promptly agreed, ensuring I received a fresh beverage as well. Overall, my visits have been pleasant, and the service is fairly smooth. However, as with any fast-food place, there can be occasional delays during peak hours. If you prefer a quick, hassle-free meal in the area, this McDonald's is a reliable option.
