Terrible service and rude staff! Avoid at all costs! I had one of the worst experiences ordering from California Burrito. Placed an order at 7 PM, and it was finally delivered after almost 2 hours! The restaurant repeatedly told me to report the delay instead of resolving it themselves. The worst part? The staff’s horrible attitude. Two employees, Ayush and his senior Aman, were incredibly rude. Instead of addressing the issue, they misbehaved, yelled over the call, and arrogantly told me to complain because they “don’t care.” Is this how they treat customers?Not only that, but they also kept the delivery partner waiting for nearly 2 hours! Huge respect to the delivery partner, Rahul, who was patient and professional throughout. Bottom line: If you value your time and respect, DO NOT order from California Burrito. The food might be decent, but their pathetic customer service ruins the entire experience.
