Mustafa she was very very sweet in welcoming and greeting. Very good customer service . Very pleasant and smiling face towards the customer . She is best I felt Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been a regular customer at this McDonald’s for years, and the experience just keeps getting better. The Paneer Wrap still is the best by far for vegetarians, and it’s honestly the best — crispy, flavorful, and packed with taste. Definitely a must-try for anyone who enjoys a satisfying vegetarian option. A big shoutout to the new manager, K Padma , she’s incredibly kind, attentive, and ensures everything runs smoothly. The entire staff is polite, quick, and consistently delivers great service. Whether you're a regular or visiting for the first time, this outlet never disappoints. Highly recommended! I had a wonderful experience at McDonald's, Bells Road. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly patient and friendly. A special thanks to Mrs. Mustafa for her kind assistance—she was very helpful and courteous throughout my visit. The food was fresh and tasty, and the customer service was absolutely top-notch.
