I’ve been a frequent customer at the Burger King outlet in New BEL, but today’s experience was quite disappointing. After placing my order, I was asked to wait for just 5 minutes. However, even after 10 minutes, my order wasn’t ready. When I followed up, I was told it would take another 5 minutes. Eventually, I received my order after a frustrating 25-minute wait. What’s more disappointing is that multiple Swiggy, Zomato, and dine-in orders were being fulfilled before mine — and mine was just a takeaway of two Chicken Whopper meals. It really shouldn’t take that long. To add to the disappointment, I found out that the Fiery Chicken Burger has been discontinued, which was one of my favorites. And on top of all this, the Coke bottle given as part of the takeaway wasn’t opening at all. This has happened before as well, so I strongly suggest finding a better alternative for takeaway beverages. All in all, this experience has made me reconsider visiting this branch in the future Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
