Real gold scammer outlet. The portion sizes are always less than other McDonald outlets. Worse still, they never give you the correct beverage or desert size variant. Even if you order medium or large coke or McFlurry, they give you only the regular size. Sometimes upon confrontation, they provide the correct quantity by just dropping the already prepared items in a larger container, but do not add any thing else. That just infuriates me like nothing else, they won't even prepare it again correctly and reuse the old items, plus won't even match the correct quantity to the order. According to them, just the container/carton size varies not the food item's quantity. ROFL. Seriously they have either hired clowns or the whole outlet is the circus. Even for the coke float, they just add about 10ml of soft serve on top. It then looks like a loser's drink. I'm done like DONE with this clown shop made for and by - third world country.

Ambience & Cleanliness: The outlet has a modern, clean, and vibrant setup. It's spacious and well-lit, with plenty of seating—even during busy hours. The self-order kiosks were functional, and the overall vibe was lively, with families, friends, and solo diners all around. Tables were mostly clean, and the staff was seen actively maintaining hygiene. Service: The staff was polite and attentive. My order took around 7–10 minutes, which is reasonable. One thing I appreciated was how they clearly called out order numbers and even helped some senior customers with their trays. That extra bit of care was noticeable. Food Quality: I ordered a McSpicy Chicken, regular fries, and a Coke. The burger was fresh and nicely assembled—not sloppy like some other outlets. The fries were crisp and hot, which is often hit or miss in fast food. Everything tasted exactly as you'd expect from McDonald's—consistent and comforting. Suggestions for Improvement: A few more vegetarian or regional options would be great, considering the mixed crowd at Bhartiya Mall.
