This is my personal experience. I placed an order through Zomato for this restaurant and the restaurant personally called me to tell that the order is dispatched and asked to review after I try their food. We waited for the order for almost an hour only to realize that the restaurant had not accepted my order due to which it got cancelled. To ask this, we called the restaurant multiple times and obviously they did not answer. So, I personally believe this place doesn't deserve to order food online Service: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

Avoid the Unlimited Combo! I visited Pokket Cafe Podium KNS expecting a decent meal, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The unlimited combo was poorly managed—the portions were inconsistent, and the food lacked flavor. To make things worse, the service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. Despite several reminders, we had to wait endlessly for refills. The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive, making the whole experience frustrating. The ambiance is nothing special either, and the place felt overcrowded and chaotic. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality and service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—save your time and money and go somewhere else! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
