Dear Ms.Pragati Mahansaria, We're delighted to hear that you had a wonderful experience with our food, hospitality, and service. However, we are deeply regretful to know that our parlor and makeup services were not up to mark. We understand the importance of every service provided in an event, especially a wedding function. We take note of your feedback regarding the expertise of our beauty professionals and the inconvenience caused by the lack of sufficient staff to handle the high demand. We completely agree that it is crucial for us to ensure highly skilled professionals are at hand for these services, just as we do in other areas of our resort.
