My parents live alone in Rourkela and recently had a great experience at Max. They were looking for a specific item which was out of stock. Vicky took down details of their home address and made sure he got the items delivered free of charge. This wasn't a high value item and he could have just left it at the fact that it's out of stock. Going out of his way shows customer orientation and the fact that he cared beyond profits when it comes to customers.
