Rourkela is a industrial town and famous for its SAIL Steel plant. It has been declared as a Smart City by the Odisha government. Recently many small and big restaurant has been opened in different areas of the city. But Nottee Restaurant has its own place in the city since last 6-7 years. Food is very tasty. They serve good amount of food which one will find cost effective. Value of money can be realised after having lunch or dinner with family and friends. If you want to choose a hotel to go for dinner or lunch then you must try it. Its kababs are very tasty. You will not find such Kababs in any other restaurant in Rourkela with such a affordable price. Staffs are very cooperative, well behaved and helpful. Must visit if you are a foodie. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
