I recently ordered a paneer wrap from this restaurant, and I was extremely disappointed to find that the paneer used was not authentic. It was clearly *analogue paneer* — a cheap, synthetic substitute that lacks the taste, texture, and quality of real paneer. As a paying customer, especially when being charged premium prices for a paneer-based dish, I expect fresh and genuine ingredients. Using fake or synthetic paneer is not only unethical but also misleading and unfair to customers who trust your brand. I sincerely request the restaurant to maintain ingredient quality and honesty.
