Mawali Bhai Dosa has been a go to place since 5-6 years. They serve you a wide array of Dosas, Uttapams, Speciality Dosas etc. nowadays they have also started serving French fries, Potato Twisters and shakes. Food: They freshly cook your order of dosa in front of your eyes and you can monitor and customise ingredients too. The chefs are pretty cool and skilful in the way that they make dosas. All produce is freshly chopped and all dosas differ a bit. It’s always a wise habit to ask the ingredients of the dosa that you want to order. They serve dosas with three chutneys- Coconut coriander, Mint chilly and schezwan chutney. Fries too can be customised with variety of sauces such as cheesy, peri peri, tandoori etc. Service: Its self service, but they do have servers to serve you if you order from your car.Ambience: There’s just stool sitting available on footpath, no official tables and chairs. You can order through your car though.Value for money: Yes it’s totally value for money and aptly priced for the quality of food they serve.

I recently ordered a paneer wrap from this restaurant, and I was extremely disappointed to find that the paneer used was not authentic. It was clearly *analogue paneer* — a cheap, synthetic substitute that lacks the taste, texture, and quality of real paneer. As a paying customer, especially when being charged premium prices for a paneer-based dish, I expect fresh and genuine ingredients. Using fake or synthetic paneer is not only unethical but also misleading and unfair to customers who trust your brand. I sincerely request the restaurant to maintain ingredient quality and honesty. If you're charging for paneer, please ensure it is fresh, pure, and real. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely pathetic behaviour from the owner or whoever that man was. Served absolutely cold fried and denied to accept that these fries were cold. Say "10 saal se bech rahe hai". Terrible. He gave the fried 10 seconds ago and served cold fries. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in
