Food- Pure vegerltarian. Authentic maharashtraian food & delicious too! From starters to desserts everything was fresh & yummy. Must try seasonal dishes- Aamras puri, Jackfruit sabji & cashew curry. Even the local drinks were really tasty like aam panha, Piyush, karwanda sarabat & kokam sarbat. Price- Reasonably priced. Atmosphere- theme of decor and plating created the whole vibe. Service- The staff was courteous & helpful. Our experience at Chaurang Restaurant, Dadar, was highly disappointing. Since table booking was not available on weekends, we arrived on time, yet faced multiple issues. Many starters and main course dishes were unavailable, orders were served in intervals with delays, and even basic services were lacking. Prioritizing parcel orders over seated customers and the indifferent attitude of the management further worsened the experience. The lack of accountability and inefficiency raised concerns. For Maharashtrian cuisine to thrive, proper management and customer service are essential; otherwise, sustaining local businesses will be difficult.
