There is nothing we can do parcel was picked by delivery partner and ran away without marking food pickup. We had already informed you to lodge complaint for same on Swiggy platform. We have face this issue in past also delivery partner picked food and didn't marked pickup. Secondary you should be aware that why will restaurant cancel the order after marking food ready. I had personally asked you to share delivery partner nos. But you told that you don't have and now you are writing here that you spoke with delivery partner. ANYWAYS WE HAVE ALREADY RAISED THIS COMPLAINT TO SWIGGY THAT DELIVERY PERSON RAN AWAY WITH FOOD AFTER PICKUP WITHOUT MARKING SANE ON SWIGGY APP. Can understand your frustration by rating us down won't solve this issue. I will again request you to raise the complaint of that froud delivery boy to Swiggy sobhe won't be able to do this with others.
