Very bad experience – would give zero stars if possible! We were a group of three girls hoping to have a nice time, but the staff completely ruined the mood. First of all, the service was extremely slow — we had to keep calling the waiter repeatedly just to get our food. On top of that, the waiters started pulling away the chair without even asking us if we want it. When we brought this up, the manager responded rudely and said, "Madam, chillao mat" (Don't shout, madam). Is this really how you treat your customers? Overall, a very disappointing experience.

BSE at kamla mills is good place for gathering with friends Food was good plus in addition of liquor options Only thing I feel neee improvement is for non drinkers, options should be added, hardly few options I got in non alcoholic space. We had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. We were three friends looking to have a good time, but the staff and especially the management completely ruined it. The service was painfully slow — we had to keep reminding the waiter about our food. To make it worse, the waiters removed our chairs without even asking, and even dumped our bags (including a laptop) on a chair carelessly. When we raised this issue, instead of apologizing, the General Manager was shockingly rude. His exact words were, *“Madam chillao mat, I manage 100 guests daily, don’t teach me.”* This is completely unacceptable behavior from someone in charge of guest experience. The lack of courtesy, respect, and basic professionalism was appalling. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have given that. Very bad experience — would not recommend at all. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
