Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable dine-in experience at mascarpone cafe ECR. We reached the restaurant at 8:35 PM with a confirmed Swiggy dine-in booking. From the moment we entered, One lady at the entrance asked how we booked, but that’s where professionalism ended. We waited more than 1 hour and 25 minutes for garlic bread, cheese balls, and just TWO pizzas ,2 panacottas ..There were no waiters, no coordination. We were dining with kids, and they were completely exhausted waiting for food. This level of delay is beyond ridiculous. The billing experience was the final insult. When I tried to pay via Swiggy using my Diners credit card (for a valid cashback offer), the staff outright refused to accept Swiggy payments or credit cards, saying Swiggy doesn’t pay them on time and their card machine “doesn’t work.” Instead, they forced us to pay only via GPay. They said they are willing to give 20% discount as same as swiggy but NO TO SWIGGY DINERS or payment through swiggy app .... If you don’t accept Swiggy payments or credit cards, then STOP accepting Swiggy dine-in bookings. This is nothing but misleading customers. Major failures:. Shockingly slow service. ZERO wait staff. Kids left tired and irritated *Credit cards NOT accepted ( said swiping machine not working) i use credit cards mostly .. i dont use gpay much* Swiggy payment denied after booking. Rude, careless attitude from the person serving.. The person serving us had no interest in service, hospitality, or basic manners, no professionalism. This place is a complete waste of time and money and completely ruined our day. People should seriously stop visiting this place until they learn how to run a restaurant properly. One of the worst dine-in experiences ever. Food is good but due to delayed service my kids are super tired and lost interest in having peacefully. Thanks for the valuable feedback, ma'am. The only thing is, when you came in, we told you that we wouldn't accept Swiggy payment. We are having a problem with the bank account, that's why we couldn't accept card payments or Swiggy payment. That's the first thing. We clearly informed you about that before you sat down. Also, it's a good thing that my staff has video recordings with clear voice of you calling them "loose" "vaada," "poda," "avan yaru solrathuku," and addressing them disrespectfully.And I'm going to post that video on my Instagram page with your consent. You can see it, and other guests can also see who is at fault.And, You mentioned that you work with Swiggy, so I just spoke to the Swiggy team as well. I have also got the team Manager email ID, so I am going to attach this video and send it to them, and I will proceed further from there.What did You think..? They are just serving people, clearing your used plates. What can they do? It is very wrong to think of them as inferior. You might be a big shot, wealthy, but that doesn't mean you can talk to those below you in such a derogatory way. We will never accept or agree with that, okay? So, I am not going to stop this either. I will definitely proceed with whatever claims I have from my side.Thank You
