1 Star – Worst Experience with Mascarpone Café, Chennai I had booked Mascarpone Café for a surprise plan on October 23rd and even paid an advance amount. Due to an emergency situation, I had to cancel the booking and requested a refund. The manager told me they would refund the amount between November 5th to 8th and asked me to wait. But after that, they stopped responding to my calls and messages completely. This is the worst café experience I have ever had in Chennai. Very poor customer service and no professionalism. I strongly do not recommend this café to anyone. Please be careful before booking and making any advance payments. The manager is behaving very unprofessionally and is not fit to handle any café or management responsibilities.He is not fit be a manager. Service: 1 Price per person: ₹2,000+
