Discover new dishes of Thai cuisine in the comfort of this bar. Orange Coconut is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. As for the Google rating, this place received 4.2.
Worseeeee service ever experienced. Staff is just focusing on big order. They even forgot. Drinks were served and food came after 40 mins. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400
Orange Coconut Restaurant offers a genuinely mixed experience: the kitchen staff is clearly talented, delivering some truly excellent dishes, but the dining experience is significantly hampered by slow service and a slightly high price point. Overall, it's a decent place, but be prepared for a wait. The Food: Excellent Flavors and Variety The culinary highlights here are numerous, with many dishes earning a perfect score. The Tom Yum Soup was a fantastic start, earning a 5/5 for being "pretty good." The Italian and fusion items also shone brightly; the Mac and Cheese Pasta was described as "Top Notch" (5/5), and the pizzas—both the Veg Extravaganza and the Peppy Paneer—were very well-received (5/5 each). A special mention goes to the Rambutan and Ice Cream dessert, which was unique and definitely tasty (5/5). The only slight disappointment on the food front was the Paneer Tikka, which, while tasty, was noted for having a less generous portion size (4/5). Service and Value: Room for Major Improvement This is where the restaurant needs serious attention. The service was distinctly slow, culminating in a significant issue where one of our orders failed to arrive for 30 minutes, leading to its eventual cancellation. This level of delay and inefficiency detracts heavily from the quality of the food. Furthermore, it should be noted that the prices are on the higher side. While the quality of the food can somewhat justify the cost, the slow and unreliable service makes the overall value proposition questionable. Final Verdict If Orange Coconut can resolve its service speed and delivery issues, it would easily be a top-tier destination based on the strength of its menu. As it stands, it’s a decent place with superb cuisine, but the frustration caused by the slow service makes it hard to recommend wholeheartedly.
