Owners \ Rajpal Rawat Subject: Feedback on Declining Food Quality & Poor Service Date :23 March Bill no : 14822 Dear Team, I recently visited your restaurant with my family and was quite disappointed with the experience. The food quality, especially the non-vegetarian dishes, has noticeably declined compared to our previous visits. Earlier, the food used to be mouth-watering, but this time it lacked the same taste and quality. It feels like there might have been a change in the chef. Additionally, the service was below standard. Our waiter, Rajendra, was quite rude when we requested a food change. Instead of addressing our concern politely, he argued with us and outright denied the request. This was highly unprofessional and made our dining experience unpleasant. We have always enjoyed visiting your restaurant, but this visit was disappointing. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving both food quality and customer service to maintain the high standards you once had. Looking forward to seeing improvements in our next visit.
