Here's a draft of your feedback: "Dear Woods Resort Management, I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit. We chose outdoor seating, but the chairs were uncomfortable, especially for my friend with back pain. When I requested cushions, the staff said they weren't available, even after involving GM PS Rawat. Unfortunately, when he finally arrived, he was rude and misbehaved. The food quality was also very poor. Specifically, I'd like to highlight PS Rawat's behavior as unacceptable for a GM. I hope you'll look into this and improve your service.
