The cafe is really nice especially the atmosphere is amazing and there are books also to read which is amazing part you can sit and relax no one from the cafe says you anything if you sit for longer time also amazing experience. I’ve been a regular visitor to this café and always enjoyed spending time here. However, after the recent renovation, my experience has been quite disappointing. I politely requested to turn on the cooler, I was told that the motor had suddenly stopped working—even though it was functioning fine when I arrived. As there were only three of us that’s the reason he won’t agree to turn it on. Gave silly reasons. Additionally, I found the staff’s behavior unusually intrusive. Despite placing an order, I was repeatedly disturbed and even pressured to pay extra just for sitting, the staff didn’t care, were relaxing in a corner. This has never happened before. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience, especially for loyal customers. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
