Absolutely unacceptable.I don’t know what standard this restaurant is following, but sending a burger patty that is literally burnt pitch-black is beyond shocking. This isn’t “slightly overcooked” — it is charred to the point of being inedible, rock-hard, bitter, and clearly something that should have been thrown straight into the trash, not packed and delivered to a paying customer.And to make it worse, it’s obvious that the other side of the patty had been scraped to remove the charred layer, as if that would somehow make it passable.This is not food, this is negligence.It shows a total lack of quality control, hygiene, and respect for customers.If this is how they treat orders, especially from a known brand, then it’s honestly embarrassing. I expect much better than being served burnt scraps.Extremely disappointed. Will not be ordering again.

Absolutely loved my visit to Burger King! The burgers were fresh, juicy, and perfectly grilled. The fries were crispy and served hot, and the staff was polite and quick with the service. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with a nice seating area. Great place for a quick meal with friends or family. Definitely coming back!
