We had ordered one meal and one single Korean burger along with a Fanta. The meal showed Pepsi included, but the lady at the counter gave us two Fantas instead. Even after requesting, she refused to change it, which was very unprofessional behavior by the Burger King staff. We placed the order through the self-service kiosk, but we did not receive any KOT or bill. When I asked for a hard copy of the bill, they refused to provide it.....
