I would like to bring to the notice of all the custmers that the staff here is totally unprofessional. One of the staff members asked me to give my mobile phone for feedback and they took my phone inside their kitchen area and gave the feedback themselves. As of my knowledge the feedback must be given by the customer and not the staff itself. When I asked them for my phone, they kept me awaited for next 5min. When I had asked to let me know what feedback was and how can I do the same, the other staff member said "Will you know how to give the feedback?". Like this is pathetic behavior. Also they themselves dont know where is the order ID from which they gave the feedback. When I questioned on this they were like u placed online order and tried to deviate from the topic and did not tell the truth. I request the Burger King to kindly teach your staff some basic etiquette. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹200–400

We waited for so long for just a coffee and icecream. I can see the whole story is empty and the staff is just ignoring all the orders of the customers and focusing on online orders. Terrible service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
