My order id 4017. I kept on waiting for payment but staff are busy and system not started. 15 min i waited. Incident date 14th sept 25, 12.30pm. Pathetic service, the girls are confused and occupied, plan missing. They dobt seems to be interested in working, poor response Meal type: Brunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Such a bad experience I order food from BK app I dident receive food I paid money through upi, please don't order food from BK app from this location also I contact from phone and customer care mail they dident recieve my calls also dident replyed on my mails. Please don't order food from online BK app from this location.

I would like to bring to the notice of all the custmers that the staff here is totally unprofessional. One of the staff members asked me to give my mobile phone for feedback and they took my phone inside their kitchen area and gave the feedback themselves. As of my knowledge the feedback must be given by the customer and not the staff itself. When I asked them for my phone, they kept me awaited for next 5min. When I had asked to let me know what feedback was and how can I do the same, the other staff member said "Will you know how to give the feedback?" Like this is pathetic behavior. Also they themselves dont know where is the order ID from which they gave the feedback. When I questioned on this they were like u placed online order and tried to deviate from the topic and did not tell the truth. I request the Burger King to kindly teach your staff some basic etiquette. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1
