I was really disappointed with my experience at Maya's Pizzeria in Thiruvalla. Despite seeing so many 5-star reviews, the food was far from what I expected. The pizza was dry, lacked sauce, and tasted more like a thick chapati than real pizza. Given the high prices, I felt let down by the quality and would not trust the online ratings.
