I visited this restaurant today it is not at all worth the price they served 3 pieces of mutton in our lunch with no flesh and only bone and the gravy tasted like it was hot n sour soup the rice quantity was very less. We were made to wait for almost an hour with no place to sit and when we found our place to sit half the menu was sold out. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Amazing food. It comes nice and hot to your table. Although the chicken is dry in some bites but compensates in flavor. Everybody was very kind and service was very fast. Within 5 minutes of ordering the food was on our tabke hot and fresh. I dont know how they do it but they do and thats sinply amazing Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited Maratha Darshan restaurant today, an old and highly-rated spot in Bangalore, with high expectations. While the mutton curry I tried was tasty and homely, the experience didn’t live up to the price and ambiance. The biggest issue was the pricing — for the same amount, I could have had an unlimited buffet in Bengaluru. I paid INR 350 for a single mutton thali, which felt overpriced considering the basic setup. The chapati served with the meal was hard and not fresh. For the price, I expected it to be hot and freshly made, but it was disappointing in that regard. Another point of concern was the gradual price hike of up to 33% over the last year, as seen in the Google reviews. I understand that good food comes at a price, but the value for money here seems lacking, especially when other places offer more variety for the same or lower cost. Although the prices have increased over time, the quantity should not have been reduced, yet that has happened. In a review of this restaurant on Food Lovers TV posted in youtube five years ago, the portion of gravy given was noticeably larger. Now, it has been reduced to about one-third of the original amount. If you’re only looking for non-veg dishes and don’t mind spending a bit more, this place might work for you. But personally, I believe the pricing doesn't match the overall experience, and I wouldn't support this kind of pricing. The food was good, but it wasn't enough to justify the costs.
