I had a very disappointing experience at Le Rock\. I used to be a regular customer when I lived in Bangalore, so I decided to visit again after a long time\. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience\. We Ordered beer along with a tandoori chicken platter\. After making me wait for almost 20\-25 minutes, the waiter came back and said the kitchen was busy preparing a bulk order and that my food would take much longer\. This is something that should have been communicated before taking my order, not after making me wait\. To make matters worse, he repeatedly insisted that I shall order peanut masala instead\. I honestly don’t understand how peanut masala is an alternative to a tandoori chicken platter\. If certain items weren’t available or would be heavily delayed, the staff should have been upfront about it from the beginning\. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing another table right next to me being served chicken dishes while I was being told my order couldn’t be prepared\. That was confusing, inconsistent, and felt very disrespectful\. Overall, the service lacked honesty, communication, and basic customer courtesy\. I left feeling disappointed and won’t be returning\. The place was almost empty even during happy hour, and after this experience, it’s easy to understand why. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹800–1,000
