We did not like it much!!! Visited the place for first time and preferred roof top for live music !! Food - pathetic !!! We ordered chicken Chun chun kebab and chicken dum biryani, both were undercooked and hence low rating!! For the love music part, singer was good however music appeared to be too loud!! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

we visited mallow again today, as we were the go to customer for mallow for dine as well for home delivery but this time it was really very pathetic experience and unacceptable specially with the staff. we visited at afternoon when we went in the restaurant there was a waiter who took our order he suggested us some dishes for tandoor but told us this is some great dish of mallow but it turned out to be regular basic chicken tandoori, but it tasted good so that we ignore, then comes the staff who is bit old with a specs one who I thought was already frustrated bcz when we were supposed to get the starter first he placed the main course plate and very politely I told him that starter ara hai aap ye baadmein dedo plate he just roughly picked the plates and was very rude also he picked up the Onion tray it seemed that he was our customer, so later my friend asked him for some cold drink order he ignored from front then there was the another staff were we told him that what's his prob he is not responding for the order what is the prob the other waiter also ignored and went to the other customer as there was only 2 table filled still there was no attention, later we got the dal which was stale i asked the waiter to taste it his rply was hotel mein asehi dal houta hai which was again not having customer handling experience, after all that at the end they didn't even served there complimentary pan shot which they did earlier for other customers when asked while going that u guys don't serve pan shot the guy near the gate said very casually haa dete hai inko dedo it was really degrading the customer who are genuine to the restaurant overall all the experience from mallow was not expected as we have already visited with family frnds stating that this is the best restaurant in brahmand as we have it very near by our home, but unfortunately this staff behaviour is going to bring down the experience to zero.for the hotel owner the staff should be trained with the customer handling etiquettes. 10/10 for the food and zero for customer service.
