Today I had the pleasure of visiting the Prasad Food Divine at their Thane branch, and I must say – the experience was exceptional from start to finish! Right from the moment we entered, Restaurant Manager Pankil, Floor Manager Narendra, and Captain Rohit were present on the floor, ensuring every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. We started with the Manchow Soup, followed by some incredibly delicious starters. The highlight of the meal was the Paneer Lababdar in the main course – rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. To top it all off, the desserts were superb, leaving us completely satisfied. What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. In a city like Thane, where you have no shortage of restaurants, it’s rare to find such genuine warmth and attention to detail. The team truly believes in the philosophy of "Atithi Devo Bhava" – treating their guests like God. Hats off to the entire team for such a memorable dining experience.
