Dear Malabar Hotel Owner, I am writing to express my disappointment with the chicken curry I purchased on 11/12/2024. Unfortunately, it was the worst chicken curry I have ever eaten. The dish was excessively watery, resembling rasam more than a proper curry. In fact, it was so unpalatable that we had to throw it straight into the bin. I attempted to address this issue over the phone, but the response I received from the cashier was quite rude, which only added to my frustration. As a customer, I believe I have the right to expect at least an average quality and quantity for the price I paid, as listed on your price board. We are not seeking a discount; rather, we hope for an improvement in the quality of the food provided. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
