I am writing to express my strong objection to the treatment my son, a person with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), received at Kumar Cafe on Sunday, August 3rd, at noon. After finishing his lunch, he inadvertently forgot to pay the bill as he walked towards the steps. Unfortunately, one of the hotel staff physically assaulted and verbally abused him without giving him a chance to clarify or rectify the situation.
It's worth noting that my son has visited Kumar Cafe on multiple occasions during his short trip to Trivandrum and has always made prompt payments via GPay. What's shocking is that the staff resorted to physical abuse without attempting to understand the situation, and this incident occurred in full view of the hotel owner.
While the food may be satisfactory, the manner in which customers are treated is unacceptable. I hope that the management will take necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that customers are treated with respect and dignity.
