I would like to share one feedback which will be more improved!the order taken is not trained!after reapeated the order send the wrong food and wrong bill and same after informing to them the cashier behaving wrong.which is really upsetting,be a regular costumer they don’t care regarding their guest satisfaction,so before order any food, in phone call my preference please recorded and then informing the order,which will be helpfull for all customers otherwise after sending the wrong food the order taker will denied and which will more upsetting for customers. Hotel Al-Zaika in Pune's Ramwadi area is decent! Good food, especially the North Indian and Mughlai cuisine. Friendly staff and cozy ambiance. Room cleanliness and amenities are average. Suitable for a short stay or a quick meal. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
