Tried the biryani at Hotel Al Zaika and was very disappointed. It didn’t taste like authentic biryani at all — more like regular colored rice. It clearly wasn’t dum biryani; the rice and chicken gravy were cooked separately and just mixed together before serving. The gravy was way too oily, and overall, the dish lacked the flavor and aroma you’d expect from a good biryani. Definitely not worth it if you’re looking for real biryani taste. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
