Having seen D Y Patil Stadium, it's time to have a rest at Maison De Cafe - Courtyard By Marriott Navi Mumbai. Some visitors recommend great coffee at this place. Most guests have noticed that the service is prompt.

OH MY GOD, such SLOW service. I placed an order for juice at 2.56, they are so slow that they did not know how to confirm the order. the order was pending for about 10 minutes even after I placed order, usually restaurants accept order within seconds afted placing it. I placed order for a beverage. just remember this is not food, they don't need so much time to cook, it's just ice tea and juice. any restaurant would take max 10 minutes for juice. these guys haven't prepared my order yet . how incompetent and inefficient! and this restaurant is new, aren't they supposed to showcase their best. in fact it's the slowest service ever , I just wanted to try this new restaurant without any review or rating but NEVER AGAIN will I order from this pathetic place because they seem to ignore customers, I called them more than 3 times to ask why they are taking so long to make juice.... attaching screenshots . UPDATE: ORDER PLACED FOR JUICE AT 2.56, at 3.40 (ALMOST ONE HOUR) they have packed my juice. how the hell in the world takes one hour to make a ice tea and a juice ? my god, even a roadside place will take 5-10 minutes for 2 juices. but this is a 5 star hotel. please for god's sakes , train your staff to be more efficient and hire more staff to make your beverages. you're a 5 star restaurant and still you take 55 minutes for 2 juices. ridiculous. learnt from my mistake to never order from courtyard marriot
